Nkechi Kamara Akpenyi is a half Nigerian and half Sierra Leonean actress, dancer, singer and songwriter who was born and raised in London UK.
From a young age, Nkechi had a natural given talent for performing arts; so after graduating from high school, she further went on to study Musical Theatre & Performing Arts at Westminster Kingsway College in Kings Cross. For theatre performances, Nkechi was casted as Cinderella for a Cinderella Pantomime, she was also casted as Chiffon for Little Shop of Horrors musical and was casted as Rebecca for Reginald’s Revenge Shakespeare short play (to name a few). In addition, she has 10 years of studio recording and songwriting experience.
Nkechi later went on to study Media and Cultural Studies at London Southbank university and started working with Na Salone Tv as a presenter. Not long after, she was casted for a role in the Sierra Leonean movie called ‘Flight 442’ directed by Mr Collins Archie-Pearce.
Nkechi is currently working on a new series project called ‘Apostle Do Good’ (directed by Toyin Moore) where she plays Linda.
Nkechi’s dream is to represent Africa through her God given talents.

His credits include writing a 26 episode series ‘Bone of My Bone’, for Galaxy Television, and many Stage, Films and Television appearances working with producers like Wale Adenuga, Zeb Ejiro, and Tunji Bamishigbin, Bond Emeruwa, Dele Ajakaiye, Meshack Enahoro and Toyin Moore.
He had been a lecturer in Mass Communication, at the Osun State Polytechnic, Iree Osun State Nigeria, where he taught Script Writing, Public Relations, and Public Speaking. He is currently doing in Pre- Doctoral studies in Development Theatre.
